Free Photos

Currently there is a special offer for Fall 2007, Winter 2008 and Spring 2008 Soccer. Fill out a model release and get free photos. Just go through the gallery and select the photos you would like in your shopping cart. Then submit. You will get the specified amount of photos in your coupon letter if the model release is received by deadline date. Your shopping cart will be adjusted accordingly. You have until July 31, 2008 to order your photos. If the season is over when you order photos, the CD will be mailed to you at no charge.

When a photo is submitted with a model release to a stock company, purchasers are not able to view the release and are not able to obtain any personal information of the model. You will not be contacted. This is kept in a confidential file in my office and at the stock company.

Here is what you need to do:

1) Fill out the model release and get return it to me.

a) Scan it and e-mail it back to me at: amy@amymyersphoto.com

b) Fax it to me at my e-Fax 1-866-269-0675 (no cover needed goes right to my email)

c) Mail it to me (contact me for my home address)

2) Choose your photos online via the shopping cart or email/mail me the numbers of the photos.
